Trach Task

Task items replaced iTISS as a sampler of specific "nursing workload" items that the medicine program continues to track as QA indicators.

These items are included in: S_AllDiagnoses table which can be found in CCMDB.mdb.

Trach Task

Possible entries for Tracheostomy task:

• 100100 - Trach None
• 100101 - Trach Acute-1st 48 hrs (new trach)
• 100102 - Trach Chronic-more than 48 hrs

• if acquired dx exists, task needs to be trach - acute
• if admitting dx exists, task needs to be acute or chronic
• if acute task exists, admit or acquired dx should exist
