Vacation entitlement list
Vacation entitlement lists are available in SAP near the end of January of each year. The manager, must send a vacation entitlement list to staff by February 1 of each year.
The list includes the following: employee ID, seniority hours, vacation weeks entitled to, vacation hours earned for EFT, excess vacation hours earned beyond EFT for those working "extra shifts". Hours report are those earned at reported date in January. Hours that are "projected" are vacation hours to be earned to end of the vacation accural year.
Vacation accural year:
- WRHA_MNU: April 1 to March 31 of the following year
- WRHA_CUPE 500: May 1 to April 30 of the following year
The ACTUAL vacation hours earned for EFT including excess, are available April 1st.
