Peptic ulcers are sometimes due to Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection; but not always. If has been proven that Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infrction is present then you can code peptic ulcers as Combined ICD10 codes with the Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bug code.
