L_Pharm was a table that contained the pharmacy data until the 2012-01 change in pharmacy collection. It included the frequency and quantity of drugs used in the ICU. The table was moved into Legacy TMS Data.mdb as L_Pharmacy_pre_2012 table when we stopped using it for new collection.

Deleted from ccmdb_data.mdb 2012-10.
