B3 is a medicine unit, that accepts patients from all of the internal medicine services A, D and H, both teaching and non-teaching, and nephrology.

On May 1, 2024 B3 will relocate temporarily to HSC A4 while they undergo renovations on B3.
as per Kevin Campbell as of May 14, 2024 the number of funded beds are 10 but they are currently open to 18
