Manual audit of Green sheet completeness submitted to main office.  Completed between Oct15-25.13.  There was no comparison done with what exactly data collector collected for database against and checking if exactly equal to what is on green sheet.  Would require alot of time and effort.  Those sections that were valid blanks for comorbids or complication were checked against what was submitted by collector and is in the database.
