|explanation=Pre-[[PatientFollow_Project]] info; likely this whole page can be deleted once the last patient collected the old way is discharged. How these were split doesn't affect future interpretation of the data, so we don't need to keep the info once no longer relevant to how to collect.

Full-time [[Boarding Loc]] ward patients are tracked 1-15th month inclusive on the (S5) E6B and 16th-end of month on the (S4) E5 laptop.

These patients are assigned and entered according to service ie. A service patients are entered on E5 laptop and B service are entered on E6B laptop.

*So far we are using sequential [[~~Serial number~~]]s for IMCb and B5b patients. We just make sure that we use different numbers so there is no duplication. For example if there are 5 admissions for IMCb you might use 150, 151, 152, 153, 154 for these. Then you may have 3 admissions for B5b and you would use 155, 156, 157. It does not matter which you do first or how many admissions for each you just need to make sure they don't duplicate.
