Must use Internet Explorer as there can be issues with Google Chrome as per Digital Health info.

Modules staff must complete

IMPORTANT - when you redo a module on LMS you must REGISTER for the course and not just LAUNCH it from learning history. If you just launch module without REGISTERING, the date that you redid the course will not be updated correctly.

  • Code Red - every year, must be redone (2020)
  • Hand Hygiene: every 2 years, must redo
  • PHIA for WRHA - every 3 years must redo- all staff: 2020
    • PHIA pledge update, video presentation and signing of forms was done at team meeting in: 2017
  • WHMIS - every 3 years
  • Accessibility - every 5 years, must redo: 2017-Nov-1
  • once for each new hire:
    • Active Shooter - Armed intruder: 2018-Nov
    • Violence prevention, Module 1: 2017
    • Violence prevention, Module 2: 2017
