If the medical problem related to immunosuppressives is more specific then you can use one of the following codes:
**211-1 Thrombocytopenia - 2nd to (any) drug sensitivity or toxicity (includes chemo)
**212-2 Pancytopenia - 2nd to chemotherapy
**212-3 Pancytopenia - 2nd to chronic Immunosuppression

See Other overdose. Use 499-21 Other Overdose (old)/Poisoning (old)- Accidental toxicity - other drugs (which include immunosuppressants, antibiotic or any other Accidental toxicity not on our code list.

If the medical problem related to immunosuppressives is more specific then you can use one of the following codes:

    • 211-1 Thrombocytopenia - 2nd to (any) drug sensitivity or toxicity (includes chemo)
    • 212-2 Pancytopenia - 2nd to chemotherapy
    • 212-3 Pancytopenia - 2nd to chronic Immunosuppression
