The legacy field SAPS SysBP used to be used as part of SAPS II.

The SAPS BP must be >=25 and <=360.

The field was removed from CCMDB.accdb as of Feb 2009.

The field was removed from CCMDB_data.mdb as of 2017-Dec-11.
