the plan on date of changes, any patient that is still on collection unit will be followed until discharged from that unit as change will not happen in a day.  Any new admission to N5C or S5C, on change over day, Serial number will start at 150.

*Vic_N4-150  (no C added, as this is TCA unit and not complex care patient. We don't have N4 in CFE.

Patients already admitted will be followed until discharged from unit.
