VIC_N4 will become [[VIC N4C]]. Some patients were still on the unit when N4C started on 2017-10-10. Medicine directors wanted to account for these, even though we did not use to collect on this ward. So, patients who were already there will be collected as VIC_N4 until this transition period is over (ie until those patients are discharged).
