PT_PTT contains the number of PTs and PTTs done during a patient's stay in our unit.
This field is acquired as part of the DSM data#DSM results we store. It used to be collected manually until 2017-03-17.
legacy collection instruction
Count one for either a PT or a PTT or an INR. Any one, two or all of these coags would constitute a count of ONE when done at the same time. Examples: a PT is only done (this is a count of one); a PT and a PTT are done (this is a count of one); a PT, PTT and INR are done (this is a count of one). TASK Team reviewed Oct 19.15.
PT PTT & INR
There are two options for the PT,PTT, INR data namely combined as one if done at same time or have PT, PTT and IRN separately counted. we import these as two separate columns from DSM.
