Now that this query is actually running (as of May 9) we are getting false positives where the following medical or iatrogenic things are asking for a mechanism: Spinal cord compression from tumor or (Intraspinal abscess, epidural abscess), it asking for a mechanism because this dx is listed in Catgory:Trauma Hemoperitoneum Hemopericardium Respiratory tract, foreign body in Rib, fracture, injury/trauma (eg. in context of CPR) Laura suggested using Mechanism of injury: other NOS, but do we want something more specific.
