Who has wireless that work on wards
HSC
Have wireless:
- wards: D4, B3/D5, A4, H4
- SICU, MICU, IICU, CCU - Joanna - no problems Jvelasco 07:33, 2019 March 22 (CDT)
- Medical Records
Intermittent:
- GF216 - but tethered connections available there, so no problem
- Death desk - can be slow sometimes.--Jvelasco 07:33, 2019 March 22 (CDT)
No wifi:
- Medical Records (has plug connections available in audit area)
Gra
- WRHA network is available in all locations
- MTS Wifi hotspot is available at Tim Horton's (this would work to review wiki, but not for sending or EPR access)
StB
- wireless available on all wards where we collect
- no wireless in office, but tethered connections are available there
- no wireless in atrium, but we don't collect there, so OK
Wireless setup
To use wireless networking, eHealth needs to do the following:
- ensure that the laptop is added to the wireless networking list
- ensure that the drivers are set up right
Both of this is done as part of Laptop Setup.
