There are cases where the Cognos data doesn't show up in the Patient Viewer Tab Cognos ADT / Patient Viewer Tab Cognos ADT2 when new patient data is entered. I need some more info and testing to figure out under what circumstances this happens so I can fix it.
Next time this happens could you try the following:
- Take note of what you had just done before, e.g. entered a new patient from Cognos Admitter and not modified any data in the patient yet
- If there is still a “pen” () showing up on the top left side of the form, click it so it turns into a triangle. Does the Cognos data now show up?
- Once there isn't a pen, try clicking the "F5" button in the top row of your keyboard. Does the Cognos data now show up?
- If you exit and re-enter the record, does the Cognos data show up then?
- Did you exclude any lines for that patient using the "exclude" button?
