The query Mgmt_StartDelays shows the average delay between the Accept_DtTm resp Arrive_DtTm and the (Start date + Start time).
It can list or graph this over time at either a per-unit, site or program level.
It is used together with other Mgmt queries and the knowledge about the current state of staffing levels and leaves to get an idea about our workflow.
