The settings is where localization and some other preferences for using CCMDB.mdb are stored.

Program (ICU or Medicine) - affects checks that are run, and how data is sent
Data Collector Initials - pops up as default during sending
Hospital site - affects checks that are run, and how data is sent
Ward location - affects checks that are run, and how data is sent
Path to the Regional Server as applicable for given location - this is a legacy field from when Twister was used at HSC
data path - location of the ccmdb.mdb with the data on laptops

Preferences set here are stored in the A_Info table in Ccmdb data\ccmdb data.mdb
