*It seems that after surveying staff, we cannot drop the Paper Data collection Log form, not yet anyways. Staff use it to help organize their work and cannot ~~ust~~ use the laptop ~~patient lists~~. The staff are keeping these form incase Pagasa calls them. ~~Are~~ practice ~~in past was~~ to FAX a copy to office and when last person for that month is discharge, send original files. ~~Really we want~~ to stop having them faxed or mailed to main office.
