For a collector to re-send a patient, you need to do the following:
- set the patient record_status to "complete" from "sent"
- contact the Data Processor and ask her to
- change the patient's Record_Status in Centralized_data.mdb to "Incomplete"
- ensure Clean-up required when re-sending is done
- re-send with a "b" in your batch, e.g. 33b
