H4H is a 6 bed high observation (HOBS) ward at HSC. The unit is located on the 7th floor and is called H7S on EPR. For data collection purposes do not put H7 in as a location use H4H.

Collection is shared between HSC medicine collectors; see Serial_number#HSC_H4H_Serial_number_share_plan_guide for details.
