Date of Birth (DOB) is the data a patient was born.
It is used to calculate age.
L_PHI vs L_Log
This field is stored in the L_PHI table in CFE but in the L_Log table in CCMDB.accdb. See L_PHI table for details why.
Template:CCMDB Data Integrity Checks
The minimum age allowed is 10, the maximum age allowed is 107. If the data of birth would lead to a patient age outside of this range, the CCMDB.mdb will not allow you to send. If the patient has an age outside of this range, please enter an allowed date and send Pagasa an email with the correct date.
