== Audience ==

The intended audience for any of these would be the kind of person likely to be hired to replace the current stakeholder. For example, Julie would be able to assume someone knows SAS and statistics, and Trish would be able to assume an ICU nurse background.

Mission statement etc

Linda has something written up, but it should be added in here and wikified (i.e. individuals replaced with names where possible, and team definition referred to the "steering committee" article.

Who should do it?

Likely Linda since she is the most recent editor.
