We use (WM) Western Messenger here at the Vic /located in the basement at the PRINT SHOP/ directly when you enter the Print Shop you will see baskets to your right/ Courier to Hosp/Clinics/and Doctors offices/ is where you drop off ~~your~~ envelopes. Recyclable envelopes are used /supply is located by the Data Collector Mailbox slot in the Print Shop~~. The courier sent log is updated each time TISS forms are sent to Pagasa/Trish~~. Once ~~the~~ courier log sheet is ~~completed~~ we send to Trish/Pagasa. We have never put a cost center on the envelope.From what I understand all letters etc are tallied up altogether and amount is sent and charged to the Vic Hospital I ~~dont~~ know if they subdivide to the various departments. So in a nutshell I dont know who pays when we send our stuff out. Prior to switching over to WRHA I know our cost centre was under medical intensive care.
