This article outlines which things we still need to document on this wiki. Please feel free to edit and add further elements.
Audience
The intended audience for any of these would be the kind of person likely to be hired to replace the current stakeholder. For example, Julie would be able to assume someone knows SAS and statistics, and Trish would be able to assume an ICU nurse background. (Trish, you deleted this, but it is important. We are writing technical documentation here, and knowing who you are writing for is very important. Look it up in any technical writing information. Ttenbergen 22:56, 4 May 2009 (CDT))
Regular Reports
Stubs for the reports have been written up and can be found in Category:Reporting.
- what is in them
- how they are run
- location of the SAS files required to run the reports (while this is still in SAS)
Who should do it?
Likely Julie, as she is the only one familiar with it.
Discussion
Anything?
Multisearch
- what can it provide
- how is it used
- user levels
Who should do it?
Possible candidates are Trish, Kym, Laura, Ed
Discussion
Anything?
Mission statement etc
Linda has something written up, but it should be added in here and wikified (i.e. individuals replaced with names where possible, and team definition referred to the "steering committee" article.
Who should do it?
Likely Linda since she is the most recent editor.
Discussion
Anything?
Data collection methods
When how where etc, with special attention to differences between locations. This would then need to be refined down to how it will be done everywhere.
Who should do it?
?
