False positives

Now that this query is actually running (as of May 9) we are getting false positives where the following medical or iatrogenic things are asking for a mechanism: Respiratory tract, foreign body in Rib, fracture, injury/trauma (eg. in context of CPR) Iatrogenic, mechanical complication/dysfunction, dialysis catheter Gallbladder or bile duct perforation or rupture Laura suggested using Mechanism of injury: other NOS, but do we want something more specific. Another possibility would be to introduce the concept of "potential trauma" and change the cross check similar to potential infection. We would need to identify all dxs on the wiki that are potential traumas and might need to be coded with mechanisms.
