The "Close - WITH updates" and "Close - NO updates" buttons in the Patient Viewer top row are used to close the record. The usual "X" in the top right corner does not work for the Patient Viewer to make sure one of these buttons is used. Each button updates one or more date stamps to show when a record was last reviewed.
- "Close - WITH updates" - updates LastOpened_DtTm field and LastChanged_DtTm field
- "Close - NO updates" button - updates only LastOpened_DtTm field
These time stamps can be used to keep track when records were last reviewed, such as for Cognos2 No Service or Loc in some time query.
