This Sub runs when the checkbox for D is checked. It runs many of the other DIC queries, but it also does some checks via VBA:
- makes sure all fields of a dx in old codes are checked
- makes sure that only dx codes appropriate as tasks have type task
- checks that only patients with an MI are getting MI TPA
- checks that pt with admit code paneling or discharge planning has transfer ready dttm = admit dttm
- checks for duplicates
- makes sure there is at least one admit dx
