- This can only be done by those that have administrative rights.
- Please contact Trish Ostryzniuk or Tina Tenbergen if you forgot your password.
- how to reset password for CCMDB? NOTE: NOT ALLOWED.
- The collector should never reset password for CCMDB. This will break things.
- If the password needs to be reset, it should only be done by Tina Tenbergen who is providing IT support for this program.
- The DB has to be opened in exclusive mode and the password reset under tools --> security --> set database password
