STB CICU is the location code for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at St. Boniface General Hospital. The unit is also referred to as CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit).

Data for this unit is collected on the old STB_MICU PDA, and is still output to the directories associated to that old location. Location in Settings (CCMBD.mdb) for this unit is STB_MICU.

Background

  • CICU opened January 15, 2007
  • This is the same time that the two ICU at STB, SICU & MICU, were combined into one unit.
