MED Var 5 is used in the following ways:
- put OVZ to code OVER for VIC and GRA medicine
- not used anywhere else as of 2011-01-26
Legacy Data
Med Var 5 was being used at the Vic to help track all the code purple patients admitted to off service areas. We are now using the location EMIP/OVER and the Moves to track the off service medicine patients.
