I have had the lab error twice this am. | |||
First scenario—entered name, PHIN, DOB etc—had not entered admit date or time or location. Made a note in the notes section to remember to do postal code and the message/error prompt showed up. | |||
Next scenario all minimal data set entered except pt location on the first line (Concordia MICU entered in minimal data set). Again wrote in notes field and then when I went to enter pt actual location from dropdown –ie MR ICU ward,etc that is when the prompt popped up. It seems that entering into the note field is what triggered the error in both cases. | |||
