*It seems that after surveying staff, we cannot drop the Paper Data collection Log form, not yet anyways. Staff use it to help organize their work and cannot seem to just be able to use the laptop [[Patient Lists]]. The staff are keeping these form incase Pagasa calls them. Our current practice is to FAX a copy to office and when last person for that month is discharge, send original ~~files~~.
