We will need one. It might be easiest to make a batch file to open the .mdb, and to have the batch file do a dated backup. No extra steps that way, and because this is rarely used the backups would be good to only happen when there are changes. The Manitoba Health Tool.mdb facilitates Crosschecking data with Manitoba Health process, specifically:

Backup Process
