For a collector or data processor to re-send a patient, you need to do the following:
- Processor only: download the newest version of the CCMDB.mbd (can use Copy to local.bat)
- Processor only: perform Laptop data Restore from Regional Server
- In ccmdb_data.mdb: set the patient RecordStatus field to "complete" from "sent"
- Collector only: contact the Data Processor and ask her to prep Centralized_data.mdb and clean up the rest
- Data Processor:
- change the patient's Record_Status in Centralized_data.mdb to "Incomplete"
- ensure Clean-up required when re-sending is done
- re-send with a "b" after the batch number, e.g. 33b
