Table S locations allowed collection drives what is shown in the laptops location / service_location field dropdown.
structure:
- r_Location
- allowed_laptop_ward
- allowed_laptop_hosp
- sort - sort order on that laptop, lowest number will be first.
An entry is only required if a site has more than one location allowed or that location doesn't correspond to its site/ward.
Most of its fields are driven by dropdowns based on S Locations.
