This article explains how to set up Centralized data front end.mdb on a PC.
Prerequisites
CCMDB.mdb must already be set up on the PC because the s_ tables are drawn from the standard install location of this program.
Instructions
- make a directory (usually c:\Centralized_CCMDB (this may need to be done by eHealth due to rights restrictions), but can be any other directory if needed, eg for multiple versions on same PC; Julie is set up that way)
- copy the following file into this new directory:
- for analysis only:
- x:\CCMDB\centralized_front_end\copy_here_only_centralized_data.vbs
- for updates to master, e.g. for Pagasa:
- x:\CCMDB\centralized_front_end\Pull_down_centralized_data.vbs
- x:\CCMDB\centralized_front_end\Push_up_centralized_data.vbs
- for analysis only:
- run the batch file
Additional info
- the copy_here script would also work in other directories
