Cognos2

Cognos2 is a new way to look at the Cognos data that should be more friendly than the old one. Being set up as of 2020-11-04, more info to come.

There will be a new form Cognos Service Starter similar to Cognos Admitter but less cluttered. Then there will be a new Patient Viewer Tab Cognos ADT2 that splits out the service entries from the unit entries so each can be seen in their own chronological listings, and can be used to populate the tmp entries and dispo fields.
