Main Form (CCMDB.accdb)

The Main Form is what the CCMDB.mdb displays when it first opens.

The Main form has buttons to access the following:

• Patient List
• Patient viewer via Edit Patients button
• Delete FinalChecks
• Pre-send checker
• Settings
• Send Records
• Exit Program - to exit CCMDB.mdb, running some cleanup on the way out.
