Centralized backup.bat

Centralized data.mdb needs to be backed up on a regular basis.

We have added a script centralized_backup.bat to Data Processor's PC, which she will run at the same time as CC backup.bat and MD backup.bat backups.

the batch files that does all 3 is called: 1Backup.bat to run the centralized, cc and med backups sequentially.

Future Plan

Set up a automated Scheduled Task to do this
