Re-sending data

For a collector or data processor to re-send a patient, you need to do the following:

1. Prepare:
   • Date Collector: contact Data processor to set relevant patients to incomplete in CFE
   • Data processor only: to edit CFE to set the patients to be re-sent to have RecordStatus = Incomplete
     • additional steps may be required for Cleaning up a failed send
2. Processor only: download the newest version of the CCMDB.mbd (can use Copy to local.bat)
3. Processor only: if processor is one resending, perform CCMDB data.mdb restore from Regional Server for location to re-send
4. Open CCMDB.mdb
5. review patient list to ensure you have the version of the patients you want to resend
6. set the patient RecordStatus field to "complete" from "sent"
7. Press the Send Records button
8. press "OK" and type in your own First Name_RESEND, example: Suzie_Resend
9. press "OK"

If you get a duplicate error you probably didn't follow step (1).
