CCMDB.accdb requires password when closing

Occasionally after changing something in the programming of CCMDB.accdb it starts requiring a password on closing. The only solution seems to be to revert to an earlier version and re-apply the changes that were done. This happens to Tina during programming about once a month, but isn't usually encountered by others since they don't work with the code or data structures.
