Teleform
Teleform is a character recognition program used by the Data Processor to scan completed TISS forms before importing the data into the TISS database (currently TMSX). Teleform v10.7? is the current version being used as of late February, 2015.

Hardware
Teleform Workstation
The Scanner PC (workstation: HSJJ387X4510QCP) in Trish's office has Teleform installed on it. The Teleform software and the overall process were modified for the upgrade to Windows 7.
Multifunction Printer/Scanner
The scanner on the multifunction printer (HSJJ387XPR01) in the main office is set up to scan to network share in order to be able to feed Teleform.
The scanner has been configured with an option labeled: Scan to Network. This option saves the file(s) to the following network share:
- \\hsc1msfp0001.ad.wrha.mb.ca\intmed_cCMDB_ScanFolder

Software
General Info
The Teleform suite consists of a number of separate programs or modules to support the designing and processing of data collection forms.

The Data Processor uses all of the above executable files and requires short-cuts to be available on the desktop.
Designer
New form are developed and existing forms are modified using Designer. Once the design has been completed and activated, the form serves as a master template against which data collection forms of that set are evaluated and verified after they are scanned. The Scan Station, Reader, and Verifier are collectively used for this purpose.
Sales and technical support
The Teleform product is no longer supported by Cardiff (the original product developer). Teleform is now part of the Autonomy product line and all technical support is through them.
