Discharge Register

This article explains how to use EPR Reports to generate a list of EMIP. All sites use this process to identify these patients. Details of who collects these patients are stored in the local EMIP articles (see in Category: EMIP).

• • This is the new way of collecting EMIPs. To collect discharged EMIPs patients go to /”EPR Reports”/ “Patient list Reports”/”Discharge Register”/ Change the following filters// Facility =Vic hospital / visit type = inpatient / d/c date from/ d/c date to/ Unit =Emergency”/ Attending providers=”All” then I printed the record and take to medical records and have the charts pulled.
