Teleform is the software used by the data processor to scan the TISS Forms before importing into the Critical Care Database repository TMSX.

  • It was used to scan in iTISS forms for the Medicine Database Program MedTMS. The collection and scanning of iTISS was stopped Dec 16.2006.
