Data Processing
The Critical Care and Medicine Database has a full time Data Processor. Her duties include:
- extensive error checks on all incoming data (see Centralized data Vetting Process and Category:Data Processing for details)
- scanning TISS forms using Teleform
- cross-linking of records (our data collection is per ward/unit stay, this allows us to compare them)
