• Mild cognitive impairment/decline
  • There are options here, one could decide to use, as appropriate: Encephalopathy, NOS or Encephalopathy, septic or metabolic or Brain disorder, NOS. However, this is such a vague and variable term, that it's rarely appropriate to code it in the absence of a specific disorder/disease.
