• what is the check
• list of related pages
• which of the following are checking this: CCMDB, CFE, SAS (new template call for each)
• how to find this in containing program, eg. SAS file, function name, query name...
• start date
• is this a "hard check" or a "soft check"
• implementation or analysis status of the check (implemented, needs review, what other options ?)
