- logging on to your computer
- accessing the Regional Server
- PC problems aside from the CCMDB, the PDA, synching
- laptop problems aside from the CCMDB
- one of the reasons we went from PDAs to laptops is that the laptops are actually supported by eHealth, meaning you have 24/7 access to help
