ARF (APACHE)

The ARF (Acute Renal Failure) checkbox is one component used to generate the [[ APACHE II score.
Put a check mark in ARF checkbox for APACHE if the following conditions are met:
- patient is in ICU/Critical Care
- for 8 hrs consecutively in the first 24 hrs of admission:
- creatinine > 133 mmols and
- urine < 135 cc
